Jessi Ginther

Bio

Jessi is a financial, program, and operations management professional focused on process improvement, change management, and organizational development. She has over 20 years of experience working across the private, non-profit, and public sector in the US and internationally in a range of industries from banking, auditing, financial consulting, IT, and development work.

Before joining DIAL, Jessi was the Sr. Director of Operations for Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) where she led the development of an organizational infrastructure made to withstand rapid growth coupled with thoughtful change management and “fit for purpose” processes. Prior to CIVIC, Jessi worked at Amtrak standing up a new pilot “Business Office” to transform IT and support change management efforts across the department. At Management Systems International (MSI), she focused on strengthening program management, financial management, contract compliance functions and cost/pricing mechanisms within the organization. She also has experience as an auditor working at Ernst & Young and Schneider Downs, Inc. Jessi holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, DC and a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
