Siane joined DIAL in 2022 as a Senior Communications Manager supporting DIAL’s Research, Policy and Advocacy work. She started her career helping non-profit organizations in New Zealand to build their digital fundraising portfolios and supporter networks.

Prior to joining DIAL, Siane spent over 12 years driving impact-centred communications at humanitarian organizations around the world. Most recently, Siane headed up the Global Community and Digital Engagement team at the International Committee of Red Cross in Switzerland, where her team led on digital communities strategies, digital diplomacy, mis and disinformation, digital literacy, and more.
