Manuel Aguilera

Bio

Manuel Aguilera is a sociologist (UNSAM) and holds a Master’s in Public Administration (UCL). He serves as the Regional Lead for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Center for Digital Public Infrastructure (CDPI), where he supports governments in designing and implementing digital public infrastructure.

Before joining CDPI, Manuel co-founded Impacto Digital, a civic tech organization that advances technology for human rights across Latin America. He also served as a professor at UNSAM, his alma mater, and consulted for international organizations, such as UNESCO and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he currently resides, Manuel is driven by bridging theory and practice at the intersection of technology, public policy, and social transformation.
