Bio

Rachel is a program management and financial specialist with over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors in the US. She worked in state-funded higher education administration and Air Force libraries before transitioning to the nonprofit sector.

Since joining DIAL in January 2017, Rachel has worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Finance & Grants Manager, Program Manager for the Proven Solutions team, and is now the Associate Director for Programs & Operations. In her current role, Rachel leads the organization’s Program Management functions including work-planning and budget monitoring and supports DIAL’s core funding proposals and financial reporting.

Rachel holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. Rachel is also a certified Project Management for Development Professional (PMD Pro).
