Talla serves as a Senior Technical Manager - Africa, bringing over 12 years of experience across France, Senegal, and the broader African region.

He has worked for organizations such as Data-Pop Alliance, the World Bank, GIZ, the Senegalese Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications, and Digital Economy, and Orange-Sonatel.

As an engineer by training, Talla has expertise in digital transformation, data governance, information system interoperability, and data exchange, with experience across both private and public sectors, as well as international organizations.

Additionally, Talla is an active figure in the Senegalese digital ecosystem. He has served as an ambassador for the Next Einstein Forum, been selected for the African Young Scientific Talents program with Universcience Paris, and was recently chosen for the IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program) with the U.S. Department of State.
